Legislative Decree n. 104 of 16 June 2017 -

Implements the rules and provisions of the Directive 2014/52/EU amending Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment (EIA Directive). This Decree amends and modify the Italian Legislative Decree No. 152 approving the Code on the Environment.
