In Austria, each Land issues its own regulations. “Bauordnungen” (building laws) are in the competence of the Provinces and can be found in the respective laws gazette (Landesgesetzblatt). In the case of Tyrol Building Law 2011 it includes Development regulations (2); Project of building land (3); Building regulations (4); Procedural rules (5); Construction, conservation of building conditions (6); Demolition of buildings (7); Other projects (8); Special provisions (9); Authorities (10); Final, penal and transitional provisions (11).
